Hi there
Curious to know if anyone has had any payment issues with online dating websites. I registered last year and my period of registration expired (it was a discounted term).
I have been sent an invoice by email and I intend to make payment, however the administrators email to say they a pending invoice to forward along with the original. What is the position with online charges like this, can they just charge what they like or how do I proceed with minimal costs my side?? I would like to settle the thing but dont want to be charged outrageous amounts!!! I acknowledge that I missed the payment originally!!!

Sorry, new to this website.
I suppose I am curious to what rights I have in arguing their billing procedures. Can they basically charge whatever they like now or do I have certain rights? I tried to ascertain from the website what terms are relevant but it's not very clear to me.
I hope this is clearer!
 
It will have been in the original terms you signed up to. Most have something like you must cancel a week or so before the original offer expires or you will continue to be billed.
