Online charity donation law

Hi all,
New to this, but could someone tell me the law in regard to setting up an online donation page on our website which will go to two Irish nominated charities?
Do I need to set up a trust fund and separate bank a/c or can the funds received be passed thru the company a/c?
Perhaps somebody could help in order to do it in a transparent manner.

I can't answer your sepecific question but perhaps there might be some useful information on this site, fundingpoint.ie.

I've no experience of them but they seem to have the info you're looking for.
