generally speaking yes, albeit details may vary.
user details (login/account name), login time / date would be recorded, as well as public IP address if the device.
that information might not be kept forever, would depend on bank.
Ask the bank, they should be able to provide it. depending on the online banking system, this could even be available online (unlikely though).
Of course, you need to be the person who is the registered user for the online banking system.
If you suspect there's been a fraud, report it to the bank to investigate.
If you want the data (this is server log type stuff - not readable information), put in a GDPR data request.
You could make a GDPR right-of-access (article 15) request for all data held by the data controller. If you have specific data you want though, it might be quicker to scope the request to be explicit to that.
Tried the GDPR request route - but the bank denied such data (including phone records, phone logs, etc ) existed.
They claimed to the Data Protection Commissioner Investigator that they did not hold such data and even said that notes on accounts are by ‘post its’ and phone call records are temporary in nature (so unavailable)...
When this was disproved they said they were unaware that their systems could hold the data highlighted - despite call centre staff having confirmed its existence for over a year ...
