Online BackUp / Managed Email costs

For a small company, 4 employees, what typically would this service cost per year.We're drowning in spam and need to get it sorted. Currently we do tape back up's.

it doesn't matter how small the company - it's how large the amount of data you generate is - any idea what the delta per day/week is and what is the priority of the systems/time to recover/time to retain ..... ?

As for the email - what do you use now ? why go for an online offering ? you could implement a perimeter security service that will take care of it and fw/av/antispam ... etc for you

We use a great service from TopSec Technology

All our email goes through them and is washed for spam, viruses etc.

We get virtually no spam.

I can't remember the price, but i remember being surprised how cheap it was.

And they provide a very prompt service.

They don't do online back ups though

compared to what ?, I found there prices very high for what they offer, you can get similar to what they offer for free.
