I like Xero (www.xero.com) - it has some great features

I have also recently been working with AccountsIQ, which I also like, its quite straight forward.

I'm using AccountsPortal and Kashflow. Both excellent. Kashflow is the more flexible of the two; accounts portal is very competitively priced.
