well your lucky becuase there is only limited number release on Saturday!

but there will be info on two other developments

Erris SQuare and LAtchford "Affordable Homes Options!!"
 
I don't think theres many two beds left, but there are about 40 three beds available - although they're expected to be gone by Saturday rather than Sunday!

I was actually in one of them - they're pretty special - really spacious (esp. the ridiculously sized downstairs loo!)
 
Anyone buy a Duplex in Phibblestown & if so have you viewed it yet?? Only I've took a 3bed duplex (hoping to be), I've actually yet to view the place yet as strange as it may seem.

Dying to know is it worth the hassel with out viewing
