One-Parent Family Tax Credit

Hi, i got the above tax credit in 2011.
Do i need to reapply for 2012 again?
Or is it auto rolled over?

If you've got a payslip in 2012 you can check your tax credits. If it's not there you may ned to re-apply or contact revenue

Got my first payslip last week (paid fortnightly) and my wages were the same, but i was just curious as to whether my job may not have received a 2012 tax credit cert from revenue yet and thus just applying the same as 2011.

Was thinking to apply early if i had to rather than find out on pay day.

They'll have received your 2012 tax credit cert before Christmas, so it's unlikely to change now.

Just to close off this thread and to aid future searchers, i have been on to Revenue and you have to apply for this tax credit every year.
