Hi all I would like some advice please. Here is the short of it.
My company put me from full time to a 3 day week back in October 2008. Then in June 2009 they put me down to a 2 day week. I really cant see the situation changing and I am wondering what are my options?
Currently I get paid 2 days a week from my company and get JB for the other days.
All I have is a letter from my company from June that says I am only working 2 days a week. Should I have got a RP9 form ? Is it too late to get one?
Also can I apply now for redundancy?
If I decide to hang on am I at risk of loosing my full time redundancy package?
