Hello,
I asked this question some time ago and received some very helpful replies. I am Irish and live in Switzerland. I need an Irish account for some small expenses that I have in Ireland.
By virture of the fact that I do not live in Ireland, on line banking is very important. I am with the AIB and they have brought in some changes that make it more difficult to contact the branch and some of their fees are expensive.
A few years ago I was told that AIB was the best of a bad lot. Is this still the case. I have spoken with RABO and they will not allow me open an account as I live in Switzerland.
Thanks in advance
