Can anyone tell me what is the difference between the OMV (Original Market Value) and the OMSP (Original Market Selling Price) for VRT and BIK purposes?

Hi, would I be correct in saying the OMV (Original Market Value) is equal to or similar to the List Price (i.e. the price the manufacturer says it should be, but might be discounted because of competition, market conditions, etc.), but the OMSP (Open Market Selling Price) is the real world price (used correctly or not by Revenue for VRT, I don't know). Could OMV be called the RRP (Recommended Retail Price) used by many manufacturers of goods (not just cars) to sort of set a target price in the market?
