OMC company limited by guarantee voting rights

Hello

I’m having a lot of problems with my management company as outlined in a previous thread.

Can somebody clarify if this is legal in our OMC constitution. I was under the impression that the company limited by guarantee each member was entitled to one vote. Can subscriber members be entitled to 60 votes as per the OMC constitution

Votes of Members

24. Every member shall have one vote.

25. Subject as hereinafter provided on a show of hands or on a poll every subscriber
member present shall have 60 votes, any other member whether on a show of
hands or a poll shall have one vote in respect of each apartment owned by such
member.


26. A member of unsound mind, or in respect of whom an order has been made by
any court having jurisdiction in lunacy, may vote, whether on a show of hands or
on a poll, by his committee, receiver, guardian or other person appointed by the
court, and any such committee, receiver, guardian or other person may vote by
proxy on a show of hands or on a poll.

27. No member shall be entitled to vote at any general meeting unless all monies
 
Excuse my ignorance in this regard, but what is a subscriber member?
One of the founders of the company. There are 7 members required for the foundation of the company. These 7 I assume hold 60 votes each resulting in 420 votes in total. They can’t be outvoted as far as I can tell
