Just watching the Ombudsman in front of the Oireachtas Finance Committee

Ciarán Lynch asked about MARP complaints

"on page 25 of the Annual Report we had 607 complaints , of which we upheld 1%.

We partially upheld 21% - that means that the substantive issue was not upheld"
