Has anyone invested in this white elephant? There's been a bit of a kerfuffle since an article appeared in a national newspaper earlier in the week!
Seems that the land on which the villas and apartments were built is owned by the government (leased to the builders) and therefore owners don't actually own their property, nor can anything built on it be sold. This morning there was a radio report that more than a dozen of the buyers were Irish (of more than 60 signed up!).
