That's *exactly* what I spent about three months looking for, and I couldn't find anything I was happy with anywhere. I probably toured most of the door retailers in Dublin in my efforts.
I ended up getting them custom made in Victorian Joinery and Salvage (ww.vicsalv.ie), and we're very pleased with them - but they weren't cheap. I'd have no hesitation recommending Victorian.. etc., [standard disclaimer: happy customer only] but you might be able to get them made by a local joiner at a lower cost if you decided to go that route.
You'll probably have to get the glazing done separately even if you get an off-the-shelf door, so be sure to check what thickness the glazed panels will be before ordering doors - you may need a deeper space for a stained glass panel.
