I think I recall people staying in campervans in car parks adjacent to ports, so the principle would be the same. Ports in question are Rosslare, Dover & Calais.
Hi we slept in our camper at Dublin Port last Tuesday night, the only problem we had was the wind which kept waking us up. I asked the guy on duty at Irish Ferries terminal if we could overnight and he said no problem.
