If you want it would be very easy to install/plumb yourself presuming the new tank has similar footprint to your existing tank & there are no space restrictions on the sides or top.
When you do install, raise the end nearest the outlet an inch or two so the crud settles & gathers away from the outlet, so your outlet won't get clogged & the crud does not reach you boiler.

I got a new plastic 1200l tank - just supply only for €260. Your oil supplier might sell them - or at least know who does. Fitting shouldn't take a plumber more than an hour. Might be a problem disposing of the old one though and the dregs of the oil in the bottom?
