some home heating oil has leaked onto my concrete yard...what is the best way for me to remove it

If the oil delivery company spilled it give them a ring and they should come back and remove it ... they have special stuff for the job.

A mixture of saw dust and clean, dry cat litter (Fuller's earth) is the best product for the job.
