Oil Filter Clamp Adjustable Wrench For Removing Filters

I kinda do the basic service on the old banger and the penny dropped recently that there is a clamp to remove the filter instead of pucturing it with a screwdriver. Just want to pick your brains as to which is the best one to buy and the best place to find them. Thanks in advance

Most motor factors sell them. Chain or clamp are the two main types. Chain is probably the easiest to use and the most adaptable to differant filter sizes. Clamp will probably require the use of a spanner. You can't beat 'snap on', 'teng' or 'draper' but I wouldn't go mad, you're only going to be using it every now and then so a cheap make should do the job just as well!
