OFP and community employment?

Hi, I'm applying for a few CE schemes and trying to work out the new rate of one parent family payment to make sure it'll cover childcare etc. can anyone help?

Single parent + 3 children, Maintenance of €250pcm(maybe, but I'll put it down anyway).

Maintenance of that amount shouldn't affect your payment provided that you can vouch it against housing costs.

Your CE rate of payment will be 297.40
Your reduced OPFP payment will be 207.40 (plus fuel allowance)

These are current rates, there is no way of knowing what rates will be after the budget.

Do you get a rent or mortgage supplement? Are you on RAS or a council tenant? The extra income will affect these payments in different ways if they apply.

Thanks for your help, i'm not in receipt of rent allowance or any social housing, i pay the rent out of the child benefit at the moment, i have to wait another while for to get that sorted. Im lucky i live in a cheap rental area!
