My wife and I are planning to get a house in Ireland sometime this year. We currently own a property in the UK and our mortgage is with www.oneaccount.com
We would like to have a similar mortgage to the One Account offering as the level of flexibility it provides suits our needs.
Is there a similar product in the Irish market and is anybody here using it?
I've spent some time googling offset and CA mortgages in Ireland but I'm not coming up with anything.
First Active withdrew their Offset mortgage from the market a couple of years ago. I see that National Irish Bank still have theirs on [broken link removed].

You don't have to have your current account with the same provider as your mortgage, unless you want to use the offset accounts as your day-to-day current accounts. I have an offset mortgage with First Active and I use the offset accounts for savings but not as my current account as it doesn't provide a cheque book, direct debits etc.
