Office space cost in Dublin

Hi,

does anyone have an idea on the cost per square metre for office space in the Citywest area.

I know that in Park West office space can be had for c. €9 per square metre - it is still half empty and has been open for around 5? years. Anyone who has inveted there will tell you that property is not a sure fire investment (and no, I have not invested in Park West!)
 
€9 per msq seems very low are you sure this isn't per sq ft. Office rents are usually between €12 and €25 per sq ft, depending on location.

Does €800 per month seem excessive for a desk 5 SQM and a PC, this is a monthly quote
