Primrose Gate is a nice estate, may I ask was it an apt or house you were offered.

Have you been offered anything in Primrose yet? I was offered an apartment about 6 weeks ago but turned it down as am waiting for a house. It seems like a nice estate. The people seem very friendly. Don't know how long more it will take the houses are complete. Have rung up a number of times but nobody will tell you anything!
 
hi there, i too was offered an apartment. i couldnt get over how small the kitchen /sitting room was. The price was nice!!! They said i was still top of the list but havent heard anything since. The estate was lovely though. i wouldnt mind a house either. Did you here of any coming up.

It's me again i was just offered either a 3 bedroomed duplex or the 2 bedroomed house and have had to turn it down as the price is way beyond what they are worth and what we can afford. I thought the prices were coming down!!!!!
 
Only 2 weeks ago they sold 3 bedroomed houses in Hazelhatch for 234.000 - 249.000. So I will not pay anymore than that!!!

at this stage i would be holding out for a bit lower as the bank will not budge on 200,000. hahaha...how much were the duplexs for in primrose gate. the estate is so nice...i just affordable houses drop a bit lower cos the banks are even stricter with there stress testing ............ though so glad i refused that other apartment offered..
 
What were the prices for the 3 bed duplex and 2 bed houses if you don't mind me asking. I think the 2 bed apts are 177k?
