A member of our staff has been off for 2 weeks prior to Christmas with stress cert up to 23rd of Dec, we were due to return today with last week off on holidays and I recieved a text this morning to say still sick. My queries are I paid him a weeks holiday from 26th dec as we were closed and I am aware that there were a number of bank holidays that week. But if he is claiming sick pay (we do not have sick pay but gov sick pay ) is he also entitled to the weeks holidays. I only recieved the cert today for the week of 2nd of Jan and also 1 for this week should there have been 1 for the week of 26th of December. Where will I find out the correct way to handle this. I am just a few employees but want to make sure all is above board. Thanks in advance for advice
