Any suggestions for good hotel deals in middle of Oct. A group of 6 or 8 all in our late 50s. We would prefer mainland Europe but not ruling out island holiday . Going for two weeks.We have looked at Spanish Senior holidays but many isolated hotels.
I sent you a PM recently and I havent even got a reply but, no matter. Try googling Pueblo Indalo Hotel Mojacar Playa. October would be fairly quiet there, but I think you would have a great break. I would suggest eating out and not in the hotel as the choice of decent restaurants is good in the area.
If you decide to go there just PM me and I will supply names of good quality eating places.
I'm going over to Alvor myself in mid October. Alvor is across the bay from Lagos.
Both locations are very pleasant at that time of year, with most restaurants and bars still open and reasonably good weather - pleasant to sit out in, but not really sunbathing weather.
