DOes anyone know of an equivalent area in dublin to compare with?

Would it be a rathmines / ranelagh for instance ?

There is Ochota and Ochota

Generally you could compare it to Rathmines regarding location - it's conveniently located near City Center and Mokotow - main employment spots in the area. It's better to stay as close as possible to Old Ochota (or to the City Center in other words).
