Oceano Atlantico aparthotel complex in Portimao Portugal: opening in summer.

Does anyone know anything about the Oceano Atlantico aparthotel complex in Portugal which is due to open this summer. Its located in Portimao.

Anyone know of any risks involved? Aparently rent is guranteed for a few years. Is investing in one of these "hotel rooms" a wise option?

In general, no. This one doesn't seem any better than the run of the mill of such offerings, so best advice is to avoid it.
