Obtaining deeds from the bank

Does anyone have a recent experience with obtaining deeds by solicitor from a bank?
Whats the waiting time? Bank is AIB. Many thanks

I recall a few years ago, maybe 12-16 weeks from NIB/Pepper to sell a house.
