Hi guys. Have been renting out PPR for few months and just learning as i go really. Am i obliged to tell bank i am lettin it out? Cant find mortgage terms and conditions, would solicitor have this? Dont want to ring bank and create suspicion . Also, cao i change address of correspondance from bank? Dont want to rely on tenants to post stuff on. I have cancelled TRS and paid NPPR etc so everythin above board , well apart from the bank.

You are obliged to tell the bank if it is in your terms and conditions. Your solicitor probably has a copy but there is nothing stopping you requesting a copy from the mortgage division of your bank which is your right and they can't ask you why. A perfectly good reason is that you've lost it !

If you think that changing your correspondance address will trigger an overview of your mortgage, and I don't see why it would, then don't request it. There are perfectly reasonable reasons for having different addresses such as more than one property but you wish all correspondance to go to one address, wishing to have your correspondance sent to your work address etc.
