Oakley Park, Clontarf

Was wondering if anyone had any opinions about Oakley park in Clontarf - whats the area like, closeness to Killester dart station. Thanks

shows it's a 15 minute walk to killester dart station

Oakley Pk is a nice road, settled area. About 15 mins walk to Killester dart station. About 15 mins walk from the Vernon Ave shops / restaurants with a newsagents closer. Its just off Vernon Ave and across from Mount Prospect - 5 mins walk from St Annes. About 10 mins walk from the primary schools and local churches. Also near Clontarf Rugby Club / Clontarf Castle and about 15 mins walk from Killester village. Good location within Clontarf, quiet area and walking distance to good local facilities, decent transport links etc.

Well served by buses too.

Thanks for that. Have just seen that another two houses have gone up for sale in the estate. Does anyone know if there is a problem there. Have not got any response from the estate agent on this query.

Not that I know of (am local). Houses in Clontarf generally taking longer to sell at the moment, might just be market related.
