I am thinking of buying an apartment in Oakley Court, Oakley Road, Ranelagh and was wondering if anyone has advice on this estate. Is the estate safe. Any issues with noise levels from the Luas. I understand that the apartment block floors are wooden structures - is this noisy? Thank you
