Hi All, Signed up to a loan with TSB investing in the above venture which do not go ahead. made payment for approx 18 mths and then unable to make repayments. I have now received an Ordinary Civil Bill from the Circuit Court, still not in a position to meet the repayments. would weclome any comments or advice from people in similar situation.
