Got a note with my bigger than usual bill telling me I could now register with ntl/upc online and view bills, request services, kiss the ring, etc...
So I thought "sounds like a good idea". I like being able to track my bills for services online. So I went through all the rigmarole of registering, got the usual confirmation email, clicked on the link, got a nice message telling me my registration was complete, went to the home page to log in, and...
"Your username or password is incorrect"
So, in the unlikely event that I mistyped my password (three times!) I used the "forgot my password" link and updated the password. The nice UPC site told me my password was updated and urged me to go ahead and login, and...
