ntl: broadband availability

Anybody know if ntl: cable broadband is available in the following areas:

• Dublin 7 (Stoneybatter end)
• Dublin 7 (Navan Road/Ashtown end)
• Dublin 6 (Rathmines)

The Government broadband website suggests not in D7 but I have heard anecdotal reports (e.g. on boards.ie) of some people in D7 having it. I have emailed ntl: but they have still not replied and I don't have time to stay all day on hold when phoning them...

I would be surprised if they kept potential new customers on hold for any amount of time. I thought those kind of delays only applied to people ringing up to complain/request and engineer visit/report a problem. Worth a shot ringing their sales team (1800 234 234) as opposed to their customer (don't) care team (1800 321 321).
