Have I have missed or misread something ?

Is it correct that there is no D.I.R.T. on either the 4 or 10 year fourth issues of National Solidarity Bonds ?

Correct, there's no DIRT on issue 4 Solidarity Bonds as the yearly interest on which DIRT was payable has been scrapped.

So the return in SBs is now comprised of the DIRT free "bonus".

However questions remain on how exactly State Savings products are treated when it comes to PRSI and becoming a chargeable person.
