Hi,
I am currently renting a family home in D6. I also own a 1 bed apartment which I in turn am renting. Last year I paid the 200 Non-PPR charge. Even though I will not be living in the apartment as its too small for a family can I avoid paying the NPPR charge next year or does the fact i am not living there mean I have to pay it i.e. its not my PPR
Thanks
kmick
If you own a property and it is not your main home - you are liable for the NPPR charge. It doesn't matter if you don't own another property - or if the property is vacant.
