My BTL is in Vol Sale Process and hopefully will be sold soon. There will be a large residual afterwards, but IMHO are linking with KBC on this.
My question is - there are arrears on the NPPR charge for this house, and more next week with the increased fines etc
Will the arrears and all monies owed to Revenue be cleared with the proceeds of the sale ? Should I contact my local authority to inform them of the vol sale and how the arrears will be paid?
