Notifying revenue for Irish domiciled ETFs

I was reading the revenue's guideline about buying/selling/taxation of ETFs and I saw the part : Acquisition of an EU ETF must be included on Form 11 in panel E at line 322(e) and income and gains from same must be included in 322(a)/(c), as appropriate.

If I stick to Irish domiciled ETFs does it mean I don't have to notify Revenue about my each year investment of ETFs and just declare when every 8 years deemed disposal or every time I have gains from selling of ETFs? I am just reading lots and trying to not make a mistake by starting my investments.

I'm just a bit confused as there is 2 different terms Irish and EU ETF, and Form 11 mentions of "Offshore Funds (Part 27 Ch 4). Give the following details in respect of any material interest in 'regulated offshore fund(s)' (those coming within S. 747B(2A)) in the EU or EEA, or in a Member State of the OECD with which Ireland has a Double Taxation Agreement "

So, if I invest in IWDA or EMIM in 2020, should I fill form 11 at part 322 and notify revenue that I bought those ETFs or it's not required?
