Is one entitled to a refund if one receives a notification of change of flight time. I am talking about same day different time and if that time change is even less than an hour.
Unfortunately not. When I looked into it before, there doesn't appear to be any law around this, just the airlines terms and conditions.
Changes up to 2 hours, up to 2 weeks before flight date appear to be the norm without right of refund.
