Hi all
Yesterday i was told that our company was closing on Friday, due to insolvency.
Im here 18 months so not entitled to any redundancy.
But my contract says that i must be given three months notice of termination. My employer says he has no money to pay my three months notice and all im getting is my week pay from this week, plus two holidays due.
Does anyone know if the Insolvency fund covers Termination of Notice ? or can they just get away with not paying me my agreed notice on my contract
anybody have similar problem
