Notice of resignation

Hi,
I presently have a 3 month notice period built into my contract of employment.

However I'm paid weekly. Also the company has recently let a number of people "go" for various reasons giving them 1 to 2 weeks notice & only paying them for that ammount.

What notice do I need to give?

They may let you leave without completing the full three months, but you should be prepared to do the full three months.
