i dont think so ...as you wont be an employee !
however if your in a new job - even a day or so before - they must pay
also holiday pay depends when their holiday calculations start ...not everybody goes by calander year, are you certain you have one weeks holiday pay ?
Ive seen situtations where people leave and have deductions from holiday pay ( as holiday pay is sometimes front loaded, i.e. get paid two weeks at summer but not having worked enough hours / months )
...altough I think must be in T+C or contract
