not sure which tradesman I need

Hi,

I have rain water coming into a first floor bedroom. The thing is I don't think it's a problem with the roof as the water mark is about a foot from the floor and circular [it's located around the wall sockets] the people next door have recently had a satellite dish installed which is about two feet across from the where the water mark is.

Anyway I just want to get it fixed but don't know who to call roofer, builder, handyman?

The house is in Celbridge so any reccommendations for the appropriate local tradesman would be great.

I take it it only started after the satellite dish went up?
would it be a case that the holes drilled for this went to deep and that water is leaking in that way. It's it so close to sockets may need an electrician to disconnect these from power until problem is fixed. Builder/plasterer I'd suggest after that.
