Not a First Time Buyer

Has anyone had any experience with afforadble housing or Shared ownership who was not a first time buyer..

Every time I ring I get different information... one person says that I would qualify another person says I wont.

I've been told this morning that I would have to be a divorced in order to qualify, surely this shouldnt make a difference...

Any information would be greatly appreciated..
 

You will have to outline your personal circumstances, with out knowing them it will be difficult for any one to determine you eligibility for either of these schemes.
In general you will have to be a first time buyer. There are some exceptions to this but not 100% sure of them. I am sure some one else will be.
