May seem a stupid question but recently on a PC while trying Nortons upgrade installation disc for 2006, the install complained of an error and stated that all Nortons 2003 to 2006 should be uninstalled and re-installed. Now questions is, can I assume that installing 2006 would upload all virus signatures up to that date i.e. 2003, 2204 and 2005 ? I haven't seen the actual install disc yet but I've been assured that they bought the disc in a shop each year rather than on-line update of new versions. I googled the error in question but no-one had any other solution to this. For info purposes the error was
