The bridal shop must be delighted that they now finally have samples of these exclusive brand dresses on the premises that they advertise as being the sole provider of in the country

Future brides will now have the unique opportunity to try on these samples sent over by the designer at their trunk shows.

Just to update my fiancee was in the store today. The shop owner went above and beyond from the moment she entered the store to fulfill all her wishes. She has now found an alternative dress from the original store, is availing of a discount off this dress and allowed to use the initially placed deposit against the cost.

Also this dress considerably cheaper than the original.

Many thanks to all for your contributions. Sometimes its hard being told what you need to hear as opposed to what you want to hear but very valuable information was gathered and an entremely valuable lesson about placing deposits was learned.

Just remember the lessons and don't get carried away with the romance when booking venues, etc., and above all, enjoy it!
 
Fortunately the venue was a combined decision. They have been more than reasonable in not turning everything into a chargeable extra once the word wedding is mentioned. For anyone in the same boat I would highly recommend Tankardstown House.
