Non Contributory State Pension Review

Hi all,

How long does a review take?

I have been receiving a non contributory state pension for a few years.

My financial circumstances have changed.
I requested a review of my pension. The pension office then asked for some documents. I sent several documents supporting my current situation.

Its been 6/7 weeks and I have heard nothing. I am still receiving my normal pension. How long does it usually take for them to review and notify me of any changes to my pension.

Usually they are very fast to reduce one's pension if they find a reason for it. Since it is already 6/7 weeks in their hands it looks good for you.
You might not hear from them again and keep getting your usual pension. It looks to me that the review showed that you still qualify for the same sum as before.
