Hi,
I was wondering how one would go about using your rights to vote/attend AGM's with nominee shareholdings held by brokers such as Goodbody's and TD Waterhouse.
I have shares in certificate form and the registrars promptly send proxy forms/invitations to AGM's. But I assume the broker gets these when the shares are held in online sharedealing accounts.
Does anyone know if and how you can attend an AGM when you have shares in a nominee account?
Thanks.
