Nokia E71 : Help with browsing using 3G

Need help activating 3G as default browser when WLAN not available. When I activate Web Browsing on Nokia E71, it tries to connect using the last WLAN connection even though it's no longer within range. I want it to activate 3G Network when WLAN not available but cannot do this. Probably something simple but I cannot figure it out. Thanks
 
Start the web browser
Select Options (bottom left on the screen i.e. left button)
In the Options menu, select General then Access Point and change to Always Ask (so you can choose between the 3G connection and your local wifi) or choose the 3G option to be used each time.

I have the E71 on 3. I'm sure there are other ways but finding your way around all these options in the E71 is tedious to say the least.
