No SCA approval when i transfered from my boi debit card to my swirl card

Hi

i transfered money from my debit card boi to my swirl card. it went through, but it completely bypassed any approval mechanism, be it a 6 digit pin sent to you by text or the new SCA approval thingy.

Is this normal? I was expecting some form of approval needed from BOI.
