No Redundancy

Anyone help? I was laid off for 4 months and since then I have a job which suits me better,I applied for redundancy for 6 years service but guess what they offered me work for a couple of months but it would entail alot of driving,living in Galway but working in Wexford,anyway they do this to avoid paying out any redundancy,is there anyway I can get my money??

If they offered you a role that has major changes to work practice, you may have a claim.

Were you layed off ?? . you say you found another job, did you resign from role you are looking to claim redundancy from ??

No sorry was temporarily laid off I am an industrial electrician but am now working in a different area,but they do this, offer you 2 months work then your out of work again for another 3-4 months.
